Chapati Wraps are an easy to do breakfast dish which can be done quickly. The special thing of this Capsicum Chapati Wrap is, it involves only simple Ingredients done only with sauces and no more masala items or powders required. It is really done quickly in the morning or to send as lunch box item for children. It tastes great.
Ingredients:
- Chapati Dough
- Big Onion - 1 large
- Capsicum - 1 medium size
- Soy Sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
- Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Cooking Method:
- Cut the Onion and Capsicum Lengthwise. The quantity of Onion should be large compared to Capsicum.
- Add oil in a frying pan followed by onions saute it till becomes slightly brown.
- Then add Capsicum and saute till it becomes soft.
- Add Soy sauce, green and red chilli sauce followed by pepper powder and salt.
- Saute till all the sauces mixes well with onion and capsicum. Switch off the flame.

Now the Stuffing is ready to make wraps. Make Chapatis and keep ready.
Keep the stuffing in chapati. Add Tomato sauce over it and make wraps as shown in below pics.
