Preparation Of Sambar Powder:

Step 1:

Following Traditional Method of making Red Chilli Powder and Sambar Powder. Store bought Red chilli powder may be adulterated and cost wise more. Our traditional method always be economical and we need not write in the groceries list every or 3 months once for chilli and sambar powder. Once when we grind it it will last for a whole year.

Separate bad ones from the pack of good red chillies. Since while grinding sambar or red chilli powder it may spoil and we cant keep it for a whole year.
Dry it in the Hot sun in the terras for a whole Day in sunlight and keep it store in a clean dry air tight container.
