Mint which helps to soothe the digestive tract, clear up skin conditions and helps whiten teeth. Pineapples are abundant in vitamin C and bromelain, which fight against microbial infections, averts nausea or morning sickness and helps regulate the secretions in the pancreas to aid in digestion. The abundance of antioxidants in pineapples also helps fight against free radicals.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple - 4 large pieces
- Mint leaves - 5 to 8 leaves
- Ginger - 2 tsp
- lemon extract - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Water
- Ice cubes
- Blend everything nicely in a blender
- Filter the juice with juice filter
- Add Ice cubes and serve Chill

Notes:
- You can increase the quantity of Pineapple ... As I like, a lighter pineapple juice, I added only less pineapple.
- Pineapple is bit heat creating fruit ... Can be taken in lesser quantity.
